18.09.2025 Court No.28 Item No.59 tbsr CRM (A) 3024 of 2025 In Re: - An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Harishchandrapur P.S. Case No. 738 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025 under Sections 109, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 3(5), 303(2) of the BNS,
2023. And In the matter of: Shiuli Panvin @ Seuli Parvin ….Petitioner. Mr. Omar Faruk Gazi Ms. Susmita Das
…for the petitioner Mr. Anwar Hossain Ms. Suveni Banerjee
….for the State
Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Perused the case diary.
The prosecution case is that there was a fight between relatives. The ear lobe of the victim was torn and had to be repaired with stitches.
Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report and the statements of independent witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for bail within four weeks in which event, the application for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
