The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. However, any payment remains to be paid to the applicant, it is open for him to move fresh contempt application.
