The present application u/s 528 B.N.S.S has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1382 of 2024 (State v. Megh Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 578 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504 of IPC, Police Station Sikandra, District - Agra as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 30.01.2024 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file a appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
