By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant/respondent No.2, Director Technical Education Vocational & Industrial Training, Sundernagar, for extension of time to comply with the judgment dated 7.4.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No. 3993 of 2021, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to hold a review DPC for promoting the petitioners to the posts of Group Instructors, as per procedure contained in Clause 16.29 of the Handbook on Personnel Matters. Having perused the averments contained in the application, this Court finds that afore application was filed on 28.08.2025 praying therein for extension of time. Since more than three months have already passed after filing of the application at hand, no order is required to be passed in the instant application and accordingly same is disposed of.
