Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in passing the order in D.Dis No.2087/2022/E2, dated 06.08.2022, rejecting the petitioner’s online Mee-Seva Application No. TTA012200081689 dated 27.01.2022, submitted for deleting the petitioner’s land to an extent of 331 square yards and 456 square yards, situated in Sy.No.219/26P, near Babametta, Vizianagaram Bit-II, Vizianagaram Village and Mandal, Vizianagaram District, from the prohibitory list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act (Andhra Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1999.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 06.08.2022, this writ petition was filed. Subsequently, on 23.08.2022 also, the petitioner gave a representation to the 4th respondent to set aside the impugned proceedings, but the same is not considered so far.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on similar circumstances, another proceeding was issued by the 4th respondent dated 29.04.2025, extending the benefit to the petitioner therein considering the L.C.C proceedings, but the same is not extended in the case of the petitioner herein.

5. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader could not get instructions in the matter, though an opportunity was given on 01.09.2025. However, she submits that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation to the 4th respondent, the same would be considered by following the due procedure.
6. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation, enclosing all the necessary documents in support of her claim, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of the same, the 4th respondent is
directed to conduct the necessary enquiry by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner. Upon verification of the records and the subject land, an appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months thereafter. For the purpose of conducting the above said enquiry, the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 06.08.2022 is set aside herewith. Uninfluenced by the same, the 4th respondent shall take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner afresh, as indicated above.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
