After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition otherwise also it is not maintainable under article 226 of the Constitution of India before this Court. 02. The petitioners are let to their liberty either to avail civil suit remedy or to approach the State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961, in case, if any act of professional misconduct is attending the advocates against whom the petitioner has come alleging and complaining that they are bent upon usurp the name of the Bar Association Kathua by self proclaiming themselves to be competent to conduct election to the ouster of the actual Kathua Bar Association office bearers whomsoever they may be. 03.
