1. The present petition is filed by the petitioners with following relief(s):
“10.1) That, the respondents authorities may kindly be
directed to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner institution to the respondents authorities in the interest of justice.
10.2. That the private respondent may kindly be
directed to pay the compensation amount in lieu of monetary loss caused to the petitioner institution at behest of the private respondent, in the interest of justice.
10.3. Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice.
10.4. Cost of the Petition to the Petitioner.”
2. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.3 contended that the representation made by the petitioner has already been decided by respondent No.3 on 09.05.2025 and copy of the same sent to the Chairman, Lions Public School and the petitioner has received the same on 12.05.2025, but the petitioner has suppressed this fact in his petition.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the parties and particularly considering that
3 representation of the petitioner has already been decided by respondent No.3, at this stage, the instant case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition stands disposed of.
