2. The petitioner has filed this petition with following prayer:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner and further be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned FIR No.50/2020 registered by the police of Police Station-Narayanpur as well as the entire charge-sheet (Annexure P/1) and the criminal proceeding initiated out of the impugned FIR No.50/2020 (Annexure P/2), in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the trial has been concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges. As such, the present petition has become infructuous.
