Kanwar, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Sub-Station Attendant (SSA), at HPSEBL Circle Kasumpti, Sub-Division Bharari, Division Kasumpti, District Shimla. As per the case set up by the petitioner, he preferred a representation on 27.10.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.1/competent authority to the effect that he has remained posted in the headquarter of the respondents-Board since 15.02.2019 and seeks transfer to a station of his preference on the ground of adverse 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 family circumstances, however, the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
