ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.3 and 4 in not conducting the investigation and not making any efforts to file the charge sheet in F.I.R No.447 of 2016 on dated 10.11.2016 of III Town Police Station of Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the very provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and consequently direct the respondents more particularly respondent No.3 8s 4 to conduct the investigation and file the charge sheet inF.I.R No.447 of 2016 on dated 10.11.2016 of III Town Police Station of Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District.
