MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement of R1 and to bring on record the legal heirs of R1. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents. 3.Mr. M. Praveen kumar, learned counsel who held vakalat for R1 submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions and undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
