On perusal of the record, it appears that the status of the petitioner for the area ad-measuring 91 Guntha of land bearing Survey No.203/9A at Village Kalsavli, Taluka Rajapur, District Ratnagiri was the subject-matter before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. Therefore, it is clarified that the judgment of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal is restricted to only 91 Guntha of area from Survey No.203/9A out of 1-Hectare 32-Are and the findings recorded in the said revision application shall be restricted to the area of 91 Guntha only. 4. It is, therefore, made clear that the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal’s order does not extinguish petitioner’s right over balance 41 Guntha. 5.
