No.L11785175/2007RM/KNL, Dated: 19.2.2014 as illegal unjust and not considering the case of the 2nd petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds to the post of Security Guard/Constable in pursuance of the circular No.PD39/2015 Dated: 25.12.2015 as illegal, unjust, arbitrary and as such liable to be set aside with a consequential direction to consider the case of the 2nd petitioner for the post of Security Guard/Constable or for any suitable post like Conductor/Helper/Shramik forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case…..” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C. furnished office orders dated 03.02.2018, stating that, the 2nd petitioner was appointed as Shramiks under bread winner scheme vide proceedings No.E2/684(37)/2016-RM ‘Q’ dated 03.02.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent. As such, the 2nd petitioner is presently working as Shramik in the respondents’ corporation. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners also confirmed the same and prayed for closer of the writ petition by treating the proceedings 4 No.E2/684(37)/2016-RM ‘Q’ dated 03.02.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent as part of record. 4. Noting the above stated position, the Writ Petition is closed.
