Case No. 20/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 25(1-B)a, 27, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur, Chaibasa. 3. On 23.10.2024, at about 10:30 P.M., there was some dispute between the informant party and the accused persons, due to which, co-accused Johan Hapadgara assaulted the informant by the butt of a pistol, due to which, he sustained injures. They had also opened fire, but nobody had sustained firearm injuries. It further appears that firearms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that several co-accused persons including Johan Hapadgara have been granted Anticipatory Bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No. 36 of 2025. It was further submitted that the firearms were recovered by private persons and as such, case under Section 37 of the Arms Act will be made out, which is bailable. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur, Chaibasa in connection with Bandgaon P.S.
