ORDER:
Heard Mr.Ch.Karthik, learned counsel representing Mr.V.Nitesh,
learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It is represented that the matter has become infructuous inasmuch as the order passed by the Executive Magistrate invoking the power under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. is only for six months and in respect of the same, a civil suit was instituted and dismissed and an appeal was preferred and the same was also dismissed.
3. In view of the above, it is fairly represented by Mr.Ch.Karthik, that the revision has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the unofficial respondents also reiterated the same.
5. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
