VAKA KRANTHI SRI The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue an appropriate writ or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 5 to 7 in not considering the representation of the petitioners Dt.09.08.2017, Dt.03.05.2017 and 10.04.2017 for reinstatement into service as Attenders in the respondents 6 and 7 Vidyalayams and also declare the proceedings vide 2 Rc.No.253/A3/KGBV/2016, Dt.20.07.2016 issued by the 5th respondent in terminating the petitioners without issuing any notice, without following any procedure as illegal, arbitrary and also violative of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the Rc.No.253/A3/KGBV/2016, Dt.20.07.2016 of the 5th respondent and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as Attenders in the 6th and 7th respondents Vidyalayams and to pass such other order or orders……” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are continuing in the posts, as such, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
