C.M.P.No.9513 of 2025: This petition has been filed under Order 22, Rule 4 of C.P.C., to bring on record the 8th respondent/proposed party viz., Narmatha, wife of Somasundaram, aged 24 years, residing at Kuttattu Patti Village, Valapady Taluk, Salem 639 139, as the legal representative of the deceased third respondent Gnanammal and rank her as the 8th respondent in the above first Appeal.
