Mr. Sahil Mullick, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Pulak Raj Mullick, learned counsel for respondent No.3, is present. 4. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.6 of 2021 dated 12.02.2021 registered with Police Station Bhimtal, District Nainital under Sections 498-A and 323 IPC. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge- sheet has already been filed by the police on 17.05.2021 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 2025:UHC:1649 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8. Interim order dated 10.03.2021 stands vacated. 9.
