The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simariya P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1000 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 385, 387 of the I.P.C. and Section 17(1)(2) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. On 12.07.2019 at about 4:00 P.M., 20 to 25 members of extremist organization came to work place of the informant and started assaulting the labourers to enforce the demand of rangdari. They also took away their mobile phones. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Simariya P.S.
