The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Umesh with a prayer to release him on bail in Session Trial No. 1535 of 2021 (State vs. Nivesh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.256 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Matsena, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 53443 of 2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application has become infructuous as the trial has concluded and be dismissed as such. 6. Prayer is allowed. 7.
