2. The present writ petition styled as ‘Public Interest Litigation’ has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“A. A writ and/or an order and/or a direction to the respondent authorities to immediately provide Syllabus Books for the academic session 2025-2026 to the private schools situated in the District Gariyaband (C.G.). B. A writ and/or an order and/or a direction to the respondent authorities not to interfere in the internal management system to the private schools and do not unnecessarily harass/disturb the school staffs and school management system. C. A writ and/or an order and/or a direction to the respondent authorities do not harass the school/institutions unnecessarily and allow them to continue with the management and work in accordance with the rules/guidelines issued by the State/Central Government. D. A writ and/or an order and/or a direction to the respondent authorities to allow the private schools to continue with the syllabus Books of private publisher for temporary basis until the actual syllabus Books distributed/provided to them. E. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the facts and circumstances of case may also be granted. F. Cost of the petition may also be awarded. An affidavit in support is filed herewith.”

3. In the present petition, the petitioner has filed I.A. No. 2 of 2025, seeking exemption from depositing the security amount. However, we are not inclined to allow the said I.A., and accordingly, I.A. No. 2 of 2025 stands rejected.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will deposit the security amount. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after depositing the security amount in accordance with the rules.
