Counsel for the peoner submits that the maer has been amicably seled between the pares in the Mediaon and Conciliaon Centre of this Court. Consequently, he seeks permission to withdraw the present peon, with liberty to file an appropriate applicaon on the basis of the compromise, if so required. 3. Given above, the present peon is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
