Further directed to take steps to sanction all the posts of Skilled Assistant Grade-II by getting necessary ratification from the government. 2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 22.07.2024, the respondents filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1547 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court stayed the order passed by this Court by an order dated 13.06.2025. 3. Considering the above submission, no contempt is made out as against the respondents and the Contempt Petition stands closed at present.
