As such, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 109(1), 111(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. On 18.07.2025 at about 1.30 p.m., son of the Informant was shot by the named accused persons, due to which, he sustained firearm injury on his back. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the injured recorded at para-35 of the case diary in which he has stated that three persons had intercepted him. He also named the petitioner Sourav Khaware as one of the accused. However, he has stated that one unknown person fired at him causing firearm injury. 2. 5. It was submitted that as far as the petitioners Sumit Thakur and Ravi Khaware are concerned, injured has not named them. It was further submitted that as far as the petitioner Sourav Kumar Khaware is concerned, though injured has named him, but there is no allegation of firing against him. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S.
