Kishorepura District – Kota City, whereby the petitioner-accused has charged under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (in short, ‘BNS’), 2023. After completion of investigation, police filed charge-sheet in this matter. 2. During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner offers to withdraw bail application with liberty to file after recording statement of injured by the trial Court. 3. The instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
