The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint filed by the petitioner against the private respondent before the Registrar has not been decided despite the fact that the same was filed on 08.09.2024, copy whereof is appended 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:41798 with the petition as Annexure P-2. The prayer of the learned Senior Counsel is that the Registrar may take appropriate call on the said complaint within some reasonable time. 3. In light of the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, without any observation on the merits of the issue, this petition is disposed of with the direction that if no order has been passed on the complaint (Annexure P-2), then needful be done within a period of eight weeks from today, after affording an opportunity to the other side also. It is again clarified that this Court has not made any observation as far as the issues raised in the petition is concerned.
