The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, S.T. Case No.195 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 190/191(2)/191(3)/109/308(3)/308(4) of B.N.S., Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, thereafter, charge has been framed under Sections 190/191(2)/191(3)/109/308(3)/308(4) of B.N.S., Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 (i) (ii) of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri Randhir Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra. On 06.07.2024 at about 8.30 am, the informant received information that unknown miscreants have fired near a hotel to enforce the demand of rangdari. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra, in connection with Piparwar P.S.
