Case No. 78 of 2025 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 312 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh. 3. On 31.12.2024, at about 08:40 P.M., the informant came to know that his house was burgled by unknown thieves, who took away Rs. 15,000/- cash, jewelry and other valuable articles. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, nor anything was recovered on his pointing out. It was further submitted that co-accused Hari Om Soni has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 1987 of 2025 earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh in connection with S.T.
