This writ petiton has been filed with the following prayer: "To direct the defendants/respondents to not raise any construction till the disposal of the application Exhibit number as 6C2 filed under order 39 rule 1 & 2 of C.P.C. in Original Suit No. 223/2020 pending in the name of (Avinash Kumar Singh and others vs. Ujaru (Since Dead) and others) otherwise, the plaintiff/petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. The petitioner before this Court had already approached this Court in the Matter under Article 227 No.2284 of 2025 with the same prayer wherein an order was passed on 07.03.2025. 3. This is the second writ petition for the same cause of action. The second writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same cause of action is not maintainable as already a direction has been issued by this Court on 7.3.2025. 4.
