The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authority to register an FIR/complaint against respondent Nos. 3 to 7, based on the written complaint dated 06.09.2024 filed by the petitioner before respondent No. 2 police station. 2. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. 3. It appears from the record that a written complaint dated 06.09.2024 filed by the petitioner before the respondent authority, but the same has not been considered yet. Therefore, the petitioner approached this Court to lodge an FIR. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, as alternative remedy is available to the petitioner under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Sudhir Bhaskarrao Tambe vs. Hemant Yashwant Dhage & R/SCR.A/8127/2025 ORDER DATED: 16/06/2025 Others reported in (2016)6 SCC 277, present petition is disposed of. The respondent authority is directed to look into the matter and inform about the outcome of the same preferably within two weeks. 5. However, it is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
