Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent authorities in trying to acquire the Petitioners’ private properties with an extent of Ac.3.22 cents in Survey Nos.171-1A and 171-1C of Dhulipalla Village, Sattenapalli Mandal belongs to the Petitioner No.1 and an extent of 1,375 Sq. yards in Survey Nos.454/1, 454/1 A, 446-1 and 446-3 of Madala Village, Muppalla Mandal, Palnadu District belonging to the Petitioner Nos.2 to 4 for the purpose of Widening/Extending to 4 lane on NH-167AG from KM 0.000 TO km 37.900 (Kondamodu - Perecherla Road) in the Palnadu District, in the State of Andhra Pradesh without paying due compensations highly illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and against The National Highways Act, 1956 and in violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in accordance with law, the

3. The respondents are directed to follow due procedure as established for acquisition of the land.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending shall stand closed.
