Sl.No. 813 Court No. 35 G.S.Das 12.08.2025 WPA 20243 of 2024 Bijali Roy -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Ms. Bineeta Bhattacharjee … for the State-Respondent(s) The petitioner approached this Court as her information which was furnished to the police authorities did not yield result. The main grievance of the petitioner was relating to resistance of the repairing work being carried out. Having considered that the subject- matter is absolutely a civil dispute, the petitioner be better advised to approach the jurisdictional civil court for necessary relief, as such, no interference is called for by this Court. As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Bineeta Bhattacharjee, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20243 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
