G RAMACHANDRA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed to declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in awarding the contract work for laying of CC road and Drain from H.No.6/40 to 6-79/1 on nomination basis to the 3rd respondent even after declaring the petitioner as the successful bidder among the tenderers who competed in the e-procurement tender including the 3rd respondent with 5.56% less of the estimated value on 13.04.2018 for the same work as illegal, arbitrary. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the counter affidavit of respondent No.2 as well as the beneficiary respondent No.3, the work was executed and bills were also received. In view of the same, no cause survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infrcutuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
