Pursuant to detailed orders passed in this execution petition from time to time, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 12.12.2025, which inter-alia, convey as under:-
“3. That, in compliance to Hon'ble High Court of HP order dated 21.11.2025 in Ex. Pet. 986 of 2025 in CWP No. 11558 of 2024 titled as Bachan Singh V/s State of H.P.& Ors., the matter was taken up with the District Treasury Officer Bilaspur, HP and the office

- 2 - concerned vide his office Letter No. Fin(TR)BLS/Treasury/ Pension / 2025-26- 1486 dated 12.12.2025 has informed that the petitioner Sh. Bachan Singh has submitted his documents related to pension in his office on 11.12.2025 and as per Rule the pension for the month of December, 2025 will be disbursed to him in the month of January, 2026 and pension arrear for the period w.e.f. Jan., 2018 to November, 2025 amounting to Rs. 12,63,567/- has been raised in his office vide pension Bill No. 101123 dated 12.12.2025. Copy of letter dated 12.12.2025 is attached as Annexure-R-I.”

Taking note of the fact that respondents have now raised and sanctioned petitioner’s pension arrears for the period, January 2018 to November 2025, amounting to Rs.12,63,567/- under a bill dated 12.12.2025 and have also undertaken that his pension for the month of December 2025 would be disbursed to him in the month of January 2026, the present execution petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned Divisional Forest Officer, District Bilaspur to adhere to the timelines spelt out in the aforesaid office instructions. Pension arrears alongwith recurring pension be paid to the petitioner by first week of January 2026 and thereafter payment of recurring pension be regularly made to him.
