Mr. Nikhil Ranjan, learned counsel for the appellants/claimants, Mr. Prabhat Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the Insurance Company along with Mr. Rana Anand Ranjan, Deputy Manager, M/s Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., are present before us. 2. It has been pointed out to us that both sides sat together before the Mediation Centre, HCLSC, Ranchi on 31.10.2025 and amicably sorted out the matter. 3. It has been agreed that the Insurance Company shall make payment of a total amount of Rs. 6.25 lakh within 30 days, and the said amount shall be transferred to the account of MACT, Bokaro. The aforesaid amount shall be apportioned among the dependants by the Tribunal in the same proportion as indicated in para-16 of the award dated 29.04.2024. All other findings of the Tribunal shall remain intact. 4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present appeal, being M.A. No. 262 of 2024, is hereby disposed of ……………………………. ……………………….............
