JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE O R D E R 14-07-2025 All that the appellants are aggrieved by is an order dated 19.06.2025, whereby the learned Single has issued notice to the respondents: “Issue notice to the private respondents, returnable within four weeks. Requisites for the same within one week. List on 14.07.2025.” Ex facie, the matter is pending consideration before the learned Single Judge today itself at Serial No. 103. Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellants submits that in the given circumstances, it would rather be expedient if he is permitted to withdraw the appeal so as to enable the appellants to pursue the matter before the Writ Court in the first instance. However, it is urged that considering the sensitivity of the issue and that it requires immediate attention of the Court, he be granted liberty to mention the matter before the Writ Court today itself. Disposed of, as prayed for. However, we are sanguine, if any such prayer, as indicated above, is made before the Writ Court, the same shall be taken cognizance of and dealt with as deemed appropriate and in accordance with law.
