1. It has been pointed out that there is some typographical error in the order dated 04.12.2025 wherein at paragraphs-1, 3 and 7, it has been typed as “Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act, 2015” instead of “Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act, 2005”.
2. Considering the aforesaid, the said order is being modified to the extent that “Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act, 2015” as mentioned in paragraphs-1, 3 and 7 of the
order dated 04.12.2025 be read as “Jharkhand Education
2025:JHHC:38495-DB
Tribunal Act, 2005” and remaining part of the order shall remain intact.
3. Mr. Prabhash Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant has argued the matter at length. However, in the midst of argument, he has sought leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
4. Such submission has been made in presence of learned counsel for the respondents.
5. Accordingly, the instant appeal case is dismissed as withdrawn and as such disposed of.
6. Resultantly, pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
