Petitioner is presently serving Language Teacher, at GSSS Sural, Education Block Pangi, District Chamba, H.P. The case projected by him is that on completion of requisite tenure of two winters and three summers at the aforesaid station as per transfer policy, he preferred a representation on 03.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - No.2/competent authority, seeking his transfer to a station of choice. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
