It is also noticed that in the Office Note dated 25.04.2025 it has been stated that service in respect of respondent no.2 has been completed. 3. Ms. A. Begum, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned. 4. Accordingly, the delay of 47 days is condoned. 5.
