Petitioner is presently serving as Nursing Assistant at ECHS Polyclinic Shimla (H.P.) Type (E) at Jhakri Rampur, where he had joined on 01.11.2018. His grievance is to Annexure P-5, whereby the respondents have issued employment notice for filling up certain posts at ECHS Polyclinics Shimla (H.P.)
