Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.09.2008 passed by the respondent no.2 in Revision No.31/07-08, under Section-122(4-A) of the U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act (Dhan Singh vs. Land Management Committee) and impugned order dated 20.06.2008 passed by the respondent no.3 in Case No.17 of 2008, under Section-122-B of the U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act (Land Management Committee vs. Dhan Singh). " 3. Contention of learned Standing Counsel is that by means of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed in the year 2008 in proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950. From the averments made in paragraph No. 15-A of the writ petition, it is apparent that petitioner has already removed his encroachment. 4.
