The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the condition even once. 3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5870 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025. 4.
