On 28.11.2025, this Court has passed the following order: “Vide order dated on 15.06.2024, passed in CMP No. 9047 of 2024 the factum of death of respondent No.1 was taken on record. The appellant was directed to take consequential steps on account of death of said respondent. Thereafter, the case was posted on 18.10.2024 and 30.11.2024 but till date no steps have been taken by the appellant. On the persuasive request of learned counsel, the matter is adjourned. List on 05.12.2025. In the meantime, consequential steps in terms of order dated 15.06.2024 be taken positively, failing which adverse order shall follow.” Despite passing of aforesaid stop orders and granting ample opportunities, the appellant has failed to take necessary steps for bringing on record the legal representatives, of respondent No.1.
