The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 457, 380, 411/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.1537 of 2024 by order dated 04.04.2024. Theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away laptop, jewelries and other valuable articles from there. The petitioner was identified as one of the accused in the CCTV camera footage which was installed at the place of occurrence. The confession of the petitioner has led to recovery of some stolen articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2023. Bail Application of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka, in connection with Dumka (T) P.S.
