Since the connected Regular First Appeal has already admitted for hearing, the operation of the Judgment dated 22.10.2024 and Decree dated 30.10.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Karbi Anglong in Money Suit No.02/2022 shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected Appeal. 4. It is further directed that the operation of the Money Execution Case No.01/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Haflong shall also remain stayed. 5.
