The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, being husband of the victim, assaulted her with gas cylinder repeatedly for 30-40 times. Informant is none other than own son of this petitioner. 4.
