While placing on record communication dated 09.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Dy. Divisional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Bilaspur,
learned counsel representing the respondents states that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, sums of Rs.1,03,660/- and Rs. 1,71,040/- stand paid to the petitioner on account of interest on delayed payment of DCRG and leave encashment.
In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly, same is
disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any.
