Petitioner is serving as Veterinary Officer at Veterinary Hospital Chobia, Bharmour, District Chamba. According to the petitioner he has completed his requisite tenure at the aforesaid hard/tribal area, in terms of the applicable transfer policy. Petitioner’s grievance is that he preferred a representation on 13.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.1/competent authority, seeking 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 transfer to a station of his preference, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
