The present writ petition has filed by the petitioner claiming the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.- 2, 3, 4, to consider an application of the petitioner (Annexure P-3), within stipulated period. Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 10.2 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been declared surplus at Govt. Middle School Halbakachora, Block Jagdalpur, District Bastar, but no posting order of the petitioner has been issued till date, even she has not been permitted to work there at Govt. Middle School Halbakachora. Against the said difficulties she moved her representation (Annexure-P/3) on 13-06-2025, 07-07-2025 and 11-07-2025, but till date her grievances has not been redressed, therefore, the authorities may be directed to decide her representation. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes and has submitted that vide order dated 08-06-2025 the petitioner has been posted at Middle School Khandsara and in the present writ petition she has not challenged the order of her posting at Khandsara school, therefore, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition. 4. At this juncture learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that order dated 08-06-2025 has not been communicated to the petitioner, therefore, she could not challenge the same in the present writ petition. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 6. From perusal of the relief clause of the petition, the order date 08-06-2025 has not been challenged by the petitioner in the present writ petition on the ground that she was not in knowledge that she has been posted at Middle School Khandsara. From perusal of her representation dated 07-07-2025 which has been annexed at page No.24 of the writ petition and 3 representation dated 11-07-2025 which has been annexed at page No.28 of the writ petition, para 3 of both these representations mentioned as :- “3- gkfy;k LFkkukarj.k ds ckn eq>s esjh Tos"B iq=h ds lkFk txnyiqj esa jgus dk volj izkIr gqvk Fkk vkSj eS fiNys yxHkx 6 eghuksa ls mlds lkFk jgdj LoLFk ,oa lqjf{kr eglwl dj jgh FkhA fdarq vc iqu% [kaMljk ¼Hkkuiqjh½ LFkkukarj.k ds dkj.k eq>s fQj ls vdsys jguk iM+sxkA [kaMljk] txnyiqj ls yxHkx 60 fdyksehVj nwj fLFkr gS vkSj ogka rd dksbZ Hkh lh/kh ifjogu lqfo/kk miyC/k ugha gS] ftlds dkj.k eq>s ogha jguk vfuok;Z gks x;k gSA esjh LokLF; fLFkfr dkss ns[krs gq, ;g fLFkfr vR;ar vlqfo/kktud vkSj tksf[keiw.kZ gSA” 7. Para 3 of the representations of the petitioner would clearly reveal that she was very well in knowledge that she has been posted at Middle School Khandsara (Bhanpuri) and she made representation, therefore, it cannot be said that she was not in knowledge or the order dated 08-06-2025 is not communicated to her, but she has not challenged the order dated 08-06- 2025 in the present writ petition. Since the order of posting has not been challenged by the petitioner in the present writ petition, no relief can be granted to her for considering her representation by the authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) Judge Aadil
