PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the order, dated 29.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.229 of 2016 in C.C.No.224 of 2015 by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum- Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, wherein the petition filed by the Respondent No.1/complainant to send Ex.P2 for the Hand Writing Expert, was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that based on the e-Courts website, the main case i.e., C.C.No.224 of 2015 itself was disposed on 10.08.2017. Therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. 3. In view of the above submission, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
